Our single-family home is located at 3853B 30th Avenue West, Seattle, WA 98199, in one of Seattle’s safest and most peaceful residential neighborhoods. The area is quiet and family-oriented, providing a comfortable and respectful environment for international students. A bus stop is located just steps from the front of the house, making daily travel easy and convenient. Major institutions such as the University of Washington (UW), Seattle Pacific University (SPU), and Seattle University are within a 20–40 minute drive, depending on traffic and transit. The home is non-smoking, clean, and calm, with strong consideration for privacy, personal space, and quiet routines, especially during evenings and early mornings. I strive to maintain a respectful household where students can focus on their studies, rest comfortably, and feel at ease while living away from home. This homestay is well-suited for students from the UAE and other international backgrounds who value a peaceful living environment and a host who is understanding, supportive, and respectful of cultural differences.

House Rules for Homestay Students Respect & Quiet – Treat the home, belongings, and residents with respect. Quiet hours are 10 PM–7 AM. Cleanliness & Order – Keep your room and shared spaces tidy. Wash dishes, dispose of trash, and clean up after yourself. Bathrooms – Keep bathrooms clean and dry. Share space courteously and remove personal items after use. Laundry – Use laundry facilities responsibly. Follow any posted schedule and do not leave clothes unattended. Meals & Kitchen Use – Use the kitchen respectfully. Clean up after preparing or eating food and store personal items properly. Privacy – Respect the privacy of others. Knock before entering private rooms. Guests – Visitors are allowed only with prior host approval. No Smoking or Substances – Smoking, alcohol, or recreational drugs are not allowed inside the home. Furniture & Decorations – Ask the host before moving or adding furniture, hanging pictures, poking holes, or painting walls. Any changes to the home must have prior permission. Communication – Notify the host promptly of any issues, emergencies, or schedule changes. Goal: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized home where everyone feels comfortable, respected, and supported.
