Data Deletion Instructions StudentRoomStay respects your right to control your personal data. If you would like to request deletion of data associated with your account or information shared through Facebook Login, please follow the steps below. Option 1: Remove the App from Facebook You can remove StudentRoomStay’s access directly through your Facebook account: 1. Log in to your Facebook account 2. Go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites 3. Find StudentRoomStay 4. Select Remove Once removed, Facebook will stop sharing new data with us. Option 2: Request Data Deletion from StudentRoomStay To request deletion of any data we may have stored: • Email us at: privacy@studentroomstay.com • Subject line: Data Deletion Request • Please include: • Your full name • The email address used to sign in • A brief request to delete your data Upon verification, we will delete or anonymize your personal data from our systems unless retention is required for legal, accounting, or regulatory purposes. What Data Is Deleted Upon a valid request, we delete or anonymize: • Account profile information • Authentication identifiers (including Facebook-provided identifiers) • Communication records tied to your account • Any non-essential stored preferences Certain records may be retained where legally required (e.g., financial or compliance records).
