Welcome to Seattle and, we hope, to our home. We built our home when our two children lived here and now they have graduated from university and are working or pursuing advanced degrees in other states. We have a comfortable environment to stay in a quiet neighborhood conducive to your studies and productivity in school and open communication. Our house has everything you need. You can use the kitchen, living room, dining room and also the washing machine and dryer for your clothes, and we have our own secure wireless Wi-Fi internet for you to use with your computer. We also have a nice deck and in the Summer you can relax there, where we also sometimes have dinner.

About the household

We take our home stay responsibilities carefully to provide a safe and comfortable place to live. I am from Taiwan and lived in Japan for 5 years before I came to the U.S. My husband is American, so we speak English at home. He lived in Singapore for 8 years and has also traveled extensively. He is now a sports official who umpires/referees baseball, basketball and volleyball at local High Schools and clubs. I am working at home. We both have Master’s degrees, and our children have graduated from college. With our experience and background, we can help you with your studies if you need.
