My home is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home that is full of light and windows. I have a large yard with fruit trees and planter beds. The outside sitting area is a great place to read a book or eat. My master bedroom has its own sitting area which allows plenty of space for privacy : especially if one party wants to entertain in the main living area. The location for my home is central. I am near downtown and Montgomery Village Shopping Center. I am near trails and 1.8 miles to Santa Rosa Junior College and Sonoma State University. Santa RosaJunior College has one of the best Nursing Programs in the state. Sonoma County is beautiful and safe. The area is wine country. My home is 30 minutes from the historic town of Sonoma and Healdsburg. If you like walking trails, bike trails and activities on the Russian River, my house is also centrally located for all these activities. In addition, we are an hour drive from San Francisco, and the Ocean.
