Student room is a spacious upstairs bedroom that contains new carpet, big window, full size bed , new mattress, new linen and pillows , sectional large size desk for homework ,computer, WiFi, printer, mini fridge, TV & streaming , AC window unit, personal closet, ample luggage storage space and hangers for clothing , access to laundry washing facilities in house and their own personal key code to my front door as well as a lock and key for their personal bedroom if desired. Close to beach. Close to major airport LAX only 12 minutes away. Student family may visit upon approved request. My home is within the RUHS and MCHS and BMHS school district for Redondo Beach /Manhattan Beach adjacent as well as various other private schools. Close to El Camino Community College and Santa Monica College. Also within proximity to UCLA and USC. Please note***I have a security recording system outside my front door aka a “Ring Camera” as well as a camera in my communal living room area for my safety and the safety of the student. This is also because I work from home and receive legal documents and important fedex packages. I have a perfect driving record and provide transportation if student desires. There is also local bus systems and my neighbors who may even attend the same school as the student. I love cooking and will cater to any dietary needs desires requests or restrictions. I do have two pets in my home. Both small dogs. Student does NOT have contact with my dogs unless he/she wants to do so. My pets are well trained. They are friendly!!
