The house is right across the street from a large park with tennis court, baseball field, open area for soccer. We have a large backyard. The space available is on a floor to itself with three bedrooms kitchen, living room, bathroom and private patio. So three students will occupy the lower level of the house which has a private living room and kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, washer/dryer, etc.
