Single family home with 2 porches front yard, backyard, grill, fully equipped kitchen, HVAC for cooling and heating, personal guest full bathroom. I love cooking and music and am very tidy. House is 120 years old and been in my family since the 1940s and i enjoy the front porch especially in good weather.
