Hello and welcome! I look forward to meeting you and making your stay with me as comfortable as possible. You’ll enjoy having a private room and bathroom. I keep a very clean home and expect the same from you. I love to cook and am open to preparing whatever you enjoy eating. I also like to dine out socially once a week to explore the amazing food Portland has to offer. I want you to feel like a family member and be comfortable talking to me about anything. I may be older, but I’m young at heart—I think that’s because I don’t have children of my own and have never been married. That’s why I enjoy hosting students; they bring life into my home. I have two cats named Smokie and Cinder, whom I treat like my babies. They’re very spoiled!

About the household

I have two cats so they can't be allergic to them. My home is nicely decorated because of my passion for design. I love plants and have a lot inside and some out. My home is very quiet and I am the only one living here. I work but sometimes am available for transportation.

House rules

HOUSE RULES 1. Let me know ASAP or Before 4 pm if you are not coming home for dinner 2. Lock the front door behind you when you come IN and OUT 3. Please shut the front door behind you watch that the cat doesn’t go out. 4. Always wash your dishes and clean up after yourself every time 5. Offer to take the trash and recycle out every other time than me 6. Keep Living Room & Kitchen clutter free 7. Take good care of the furniture in your room, try not to scratch the furniture 8. Don’t leave open food or dirty dishes in your room 9. Don’t let the cat in your room and look for him when you leave that he is not trapped. 10. No house guest after ll p.m. & no noise, I am a light sleeper. 11. If you are going to have people over please give me 24 hour notice 12. Please let me know if you are not coming home over night 13. You break it or ruin it you replace it. My discursion 14. Clean your bedroom once a week. Dusting & vacuum, pick up your clothes. 15. NO SMOKING in or around the house, not even the common area! 16. Can’t be in the common area of the building after 10pm 17. Always clean up after yourself in the common area of the building 18. Turn the fan on from the moment you walk into the bathroom until 5 minutes after you turn the shower off to absorb the steam. 19. Ask me about the cleaning supplies, each one is special for each purpose 20. Please take a careful look at your bedroom and bath. I would like it just as clean when you leave. That means dusting every object in the room and bath, wipe down walls and mirrors, Vacuum and Swiffer the floors. 21. Let me know if you need help understanding anything, including labels on products in the house. Please feel free to ask me for what you need. 22. I hope you have a very nice stay with me 
