Dear Future Exchange Student, Hello and welcome! We’re thrilled to be part of your cultural-exchange adventure. Our home sits in a safe, walkable neighborhood—just 20 minutes on foot to banks, supermarkets, restaurants, parks, and a local church. La Salle is only a few minutes away, so commuting to school will be quick and easy. About us We’re a married couple: the husband serves as Chief Operating Officer for Metro, while the wife is happily retired and manages the household. Our daughter now works in New York, and our son recently moved to Fullerton in Orange County. Rounding out the family are our two gentle, photogenic dogs who love meeting new friends. Your space You’ll have a comfortable bedroom with its own private en-suite bathroom. In addition, our property includes a beautiful detached ADU (“back house”) with its own entrance, a living room, a separate suite, and access to the pool—perfect for relaxing or studying in peace whenever you wish. We understand that moving to a new country can feel both exciting and overwhelming. Please know that we’re here to support you—whether you need help with English, advice about school life, or just a friendly ear.
